How to Prevent the Spread of Infectious Diseases
The world is currently in a panic to try and stop of the Coronavirus as it spreads throughout the world.
As individuals, we might not be able to do much, but there are a couple ways we can prevent the spread of infectious diseases throughout the world.
Here are a couple ways of preventing the spread of infectious diseases
- wash hands

- cover coughs and sneezes
You usually want to stay around 6 feet away from people when sneezing or coughing and make sure you sneeze or cough in your elbow
- keep hands away from face
Usually your hands can carry a lot of bacteria from touching any kind of object and you can get infected from rubbing/ touching your eyes, mouth, or nose so it is best to keep your hands away from your face
- stay away from people if you believe you are sick
